 For what purpose, and on which legal basis, do we use your data?

First of all, at UCI we trust that all the personal data you provide us with are true and accurate, and that, if necessary, you agree to notify us of any change or modification to them. At UCI we shall process your data with the purpose of offering you a more personalized service.  Are we going to share your personal data with anyone?

We are the entity legally responsible for the collection, use, storage and disposal, as appropriate, of your data. Therefore, and as a general rule, your data will only be used at UCI, and we shall not disclose them to any third party; we shall do so only when it is legally required (for example, to the State Security Forces and Bodies or to the Courts), when we have been expressly authorized by them, or when it is a case of your or UCI’s legitimate interest.  How long shall we keep your information?

UCI will keep the information you provide us with for the time strictly necessary to manage and respond to what you have requested. Once your data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which you provided them, we shall keep them to place them at the disposal of the Courts in the event of any claim. We shall keep these data, but properly blocked and solely for that purpose.

 What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
