Our mortgages are greener than green

We are the first financial institution in the Iberian Peninsula to obtain the Energy Efficiency Mortgage Label (EEML). This seal is proof that our green mortgages and sustainable financial solutions fulfil the strictest criteria of care for the environment. This is a plus for you in terms of transparency and authenticity.



In compliance with the terms of article 405 of Regulation (EU) no. 575/2013 of 26 June and article 6(3) of the “EU Securitisation Regulation”, on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms, Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios S.A., E.F.C. is committed to withholding securitisation funds issued from 2004 onwards, in a continuous manner, with a significant net economic interest. In this regard, "in a continuous manner" should be understood as the fact that the net economic interest withheld is not subject to any reduction in credit risk, or to short term positions or other types of hedging and nor will it be sold.
