CODE OF BEST PRACTICES
We inform you that UCI is adhered to the New Code of Good Practices for mortgage debtors at risk of vulnerability due to the rise in interest rates (Royal Decree-Law 19/2022 of 22 November and the amendments incorporated by the Agreement of the Council of Ministers dated 27 December 2023) and to the Code of Good Practices for the viable restructuring of debts with mortgage guarantee on the habitual residence for the protection of mortgage debtors without resources (Royal Decree-Law 6/2012 of 9 March, Law 1/2013 of 14 March, Royal Decree-Law 1/2015 of 27 February, Royal Decree-Law 5/2017 of 17 March and Royal Decree-Law 19/2022 of 22 November).
